Christopher Neaves

Director

Christopher is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Construction Cost Management and is accredited with MRICS and ACIArb qualifications. Christopher began his career in Cambridge as a Surveyor for a prominent Quantity Surveying firm, working on projects ranging from £50K to £100M. Over time, he specialized in dispute resolution, further honing his expertise in managing complex construction-related conflicts.

Steve Burling

Director

Steve is a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor with more than 30 years in the construction industry, having worked for both main contractors and consultant quantity surveying private practices. He holds a BTEC in Construction and is currently working towards achieving his MRICS and CIOB qualifications.

Mark Smith

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Mark Smith is a Senior Surveyor who joined CB6 in 2024. He plays a key role in supporting Chris and Steve and is actively working towards his RICS qualification, further developing his expertise and strengthening his contributions to the team.

Emily Farrell

Office Manager / Health and Safety

Emily Farrell, the Office Manager at CB6, also holds SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) qualifications. Emily efficiently manages the office while ensuring a strong understanding of site safety and management practices.

Kieran Finlay

MEP Manager

Kieran Finlay provides CB6 with specialist MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) advice. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Kieran is a fully approved NICEIC member, bringing extensive expertise and a high level of professionalism to the team.
